Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team onsite. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will work closely with the development team to identify issues, debug software, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards in software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the highest quality of software.- Perform manual testing and write automated tests to validate application functionality.- Identify, document, and track software defects, working with the development team to resolve issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on application architecture and design.- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues.- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies in software quality assurance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, with experience in tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment processes.- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
