Role: Multimedia DesignerDepartment: Brand & MarketingExperience: 2–5 years (No freshers)Education: Preferably from top design institutes (NID, NIFT, IIT IDC, Srishti, MIT ID, Pearl Academy, etc.)Location: BangaloreReporting To: Head – Brand & MarketingAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Multimedia Designer to produce high-quality visual and video content that elevates the Indofast brand across online and offline touchpoints.This role requires someone with strong fundamentals in design, a good aesthetic sense, and hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, and 3D/visualisation.You will work closely with the marketing, branding, and events teams to create compelling assets that bring our brand to life—from swap-station branding to social media videos and event visuals.This is not a fresher role. We are looking for someone who can independently take a brief, ideate, execute, and deliver high-quality output.Key Responsibilities1. Visual Design & BrandingCreate complete brand design for all new and existing swapping stations, including external branding, internal branding, safety signage, notices, instructional graphics, wayfinding elements, and any other on-site brand assets.Coordinate with vendors and fabricators for clear briefing on brand implementationRecord keeping of brand implementation in customer touch pointWork with marketing & offline teams to translate brand guidelines into real-world installations.Design for print, OOH, event backdrops, kiosks, standees, brochure, flyer etc.Contribute to the refinement and evolution of visual identity elements where needed.2. Video & Motion GraphicsShoot, edit, and produce videos forsocial media, events, and brand campaigns .Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and product showcase videos.Develop reels, shorts, and other short-form video content.3. Asset DevelopmentIdentify, evaluate, negotiate & onboard vendors for photography, videography, 3D rendering, and other creative production needsDevelop in-house high-quality brand assets, including photographs, videos, motion graphics, and other multimedia contentCoordinate end-to-end production with external agencies and freelancers — from briefing to execution to final delivery.Be physically present on-site during photo and video shoots to supervise framing, angles, branding visibility, and ensure output meets brand standards.4. Social Media & Content AssetsProduce high-quality graphics, carousels, and video snippets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.Maintain consistent visual identity across all channels.Support website maintenance and updates by creating and uploading banners, visuals, graphics, and content sections as required.5. Event & On-Ground Marketing SupportDevelop event creatives, booth designs, visual layouts, and brand collaterals.Assist teams with on-ground requirements including file submissions and vendor-ready artworks.6. Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with the Graphic Designer, Content Lead, online and Offline Marketing Managers.Translate briefs into creative outputs quickly and efficiently.Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Required Skills & Qualifications✅ EducationBachelor's/Master’s degree inDesign, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, Digital Media , or related fields from a reputed institute.(Preferred institutes: NID, NIFT, IIT IDC, Srishti, MIT ID, Pearl Academy, Symbiosis, etc.)✅ Experience2–5 yearsof professional experience in multimedia design (agency or brand-side).Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia work.Experience working with marketing or branding teams is a plus.✅ Technical SkillsAdobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) – strong command requiredFigma or similar tools – added advantage3D tools such as Blender / KeyShot / Cinema4D / SketchUp –good to have, not mandatoryExperience with rendering enginesKnowledge of print and fabrication standardsOpen to receiving feedback and iterating on multiple design changes to achieve the desired outcome.Experience with modern no-code website tools like Framerfor updating and managing web pages.✅ Soft SkillsStrong aesthetic sense and creative judgmentAbility to take ownership and work independentlyGood communication and understanding of marketing requirementsAbility to work under tight timelinesHigh attention to detail and consistency.Proactive ownership of tasks and contributes ideas without needing promptsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on afast-scaling brandin an exciting category (EV infrastructure)Exposure to both digital and on-ground brandingCreative ownership and freedom to shape brand visualsCollaborative team culture with opportunities to grow
