Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of capital risk requirements for client institutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business needs and objectives
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development and implementation of risk management systems
  • Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between the current state and desired state of risk management systems
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Participate in the design and testing of risk management systems to ensure they meet business requirements and regulatory standards
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in the implementation of risk management systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Information Technology
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of capital risk management concepts, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in conducting gap analysis and creating technical specifications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and facilitate productive discussions
