  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present consolidated financial statements, manage monthly and quarterly closing processes, and provide insightful analysis of financial performance to stakeholders.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budget, forecasting, and planning processes across the group, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, manage tax obligations, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve financial health, analyze market trends, and support executive decision-making through financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including executive boards and divisional managers, as well as external parties such as auditors, banks, and investors.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee, train, and support the finance team, fostering best practices in accounting and financial management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a finance-related field, with a master's degree or professional certifications like CPA or ACCA being advantageous.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, management, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis at a management level.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial and accounting software, spreadsheets, and potentially advanced tools like Power BI for reporting and analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities are crucial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹150,000.00 per month
