Company OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the influencer marketing landscape, working closely with our team to help build and maintain relationships with influencers, coordinate campaigns, and analyze the impact of our influencer initiatives. Ideal candidates are social media savvy, proactive, and eager to learn about digital marketing trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Outreach: Identify, research, and reach out to potential influencers who align with our brand and audience.Relationship Management: Assist in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, ensuring they have all necessary information and materials for campaign success.Campaign Coordination: Support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, helping to track timelines, deliverables, and content accuracy.Content Review: Assist in reviewing influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Performance Analysis: Collect and analyze data from influencer campaigns, providing insights on engagement metrics, audience reach, and conversion rates.Social Media Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new content formats to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Familiarity with Social Media: Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram ,YouTube, etc.) and content formats.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging messaging.Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure brand consistency and quality control in influencer content.Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting, with a data-driven mindset.Creativity & Initiative: Enthusiasm for digital marketing, willingness to take initiative, and a creative eye for what engages an audience.SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.Basic knowledge of social media tools like Instagram Insights, etc.Graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.IndustryManufacturingEmployment TypeFull Time
