Learn more at: DESCRIPTIONCloudphysician is looking for a Product Content Owner who will own the Content in RADAR including inline help to help make our Smart-ICU platform RADAR much more user-friendly. The key metrics for the role will be RADAR Adoption and Customer NPS for RADAR.The deliverables will be content delivery aligned to the product roadmap as well as creating training and help material to support user adoption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWorking closely with the design and product teams to understand the target usersCrafting copy for all user touchpoints to help users navigate the productWriting emails and newsletters to help achieve product goalsCreating guidelines that set the tone of voice and style for the productDevising and implementing a UX content strategyCreating in-line help to guide users through workflows and usage of the product specific to their role using a digital adoption platformCreating training materials to support user adoptionOwn internal and external training curriculum for RADAR

REQUIREMENTS1-3 years of experience as a content writer/ownerExcellent content writing skillsGood understanding of user experience design principlesExperience in designing and conducting user researchUnderstanding of critical care domain, types of users and clinical workflows in the ICU would be an added advantageExperience in user research would be an added advantageExperience in using digital adoption software would be an added advantage
