About You As a Solutions Specialist – Data Analytics, you are passionate about supporting successful quantitative research, data analytics, data visualisation, data management and automation projects. You thrive on collaborating with strategy consultants to drive business opportunities and provide insights into cutting-edge client solutions. The Role As a Solutions Specialist – Data Analytics at DT Consulting, your primary focus will be on supporting data and analytics projects that intelligently combine our people, our thinking, and our unique approach to research and advisory services. You will work with leading companies in the life sciences sector, helping them conceptualize, enable, and thrive on their transformational efforts. Specifically, you will support research projects and analytics solutions to the highest levels of client satisfaction by: Understanding the business requirements and translating those to analytical problem statements. Designing and deploying quantitative research surveys. Performing data cleaning and data processing tasks to visualise response datasets. Managing end-to-end dashboard development projects, taking full ownership of design, data integration, and deployment activities. Delivering research insights and contributing to the development of strategic consulting outputs based on findings.dat Working closely with tech teams to integrate data analytics and generative AI techniques in production systems to deliver innovative solutions. Leading analyst project teams in the delivery of research and analytics projects. Essential requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics or Data Science. 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence and automation solutions. Proficiency in Tableau; additional PowerBI skills is an advantage. Experience of managing and developing teams as a career manager Ability to design and run quantitative surveys using CX management software platforms like Qualtrics, Alchemer or Medallia. Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis, and in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations. Experience in programming languages such as Python or Javascript and database query language such as SQL. Understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and GenAI technologies, with the ability to optimize their usage for enterprise applications. Strong product management mindset, ensuring analytical solutions are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with business needs, with experience in defining product roadmaps and managing solution lifecycles. Strong problem-solving, communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and navigate complex matrix environments efficiently. Strategic thinker with a can-do, positive attitude. Ability to work autonomously within a global team. Ability to engage non-technical stakeholders in technical discussions by simplifying complex concepts and presenting insights in a way that is accessible and relevant to their interests. Desired Skills Experience in life sciences industry within an agency/consultancy or global capability center environment. Experience in building and maintaining automated data pipelines to support strategic decision-making, business operations, and ad hoc analytics requests. Proficiency in statistical concepts and ML algorithms. Demonstrable experience with various quantitative research methodologies and survey approaches. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP. An entrepreneurial mindset and someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding work. You will be based in our Bengaluru office.
