Job Requirements:

  • · Creation of CAE Models (System level / BIW / Full Vehicle)
  • · Able to model/debug passenger car full vehicle structural models using Primer.
  • · Able to set up and simulate frontal, side, and rear impact models.
  • · Able to run CAE full vehicle structural analysis in LSDYNA, summarize results and feedback
  • conclusions to customers in an efficient manner.
  • · Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and
  • time constraints.
  • · Having experience in CAE test correlation projects add more advantage
  • · Have an awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing etc.) and ensure
  • due consideration is given in developing solutions.
  • The CAE Engineer will responsible to carry out automotive full vehicle structural analysis and
  • model build. He will be responsible for summarizing results and feedback conclusions to
  • customers in an efficient manner
  • · automotive full vehicle occupant/restraints analysis like
  • dummies, airbags, seatbelts etc.
  • · Must have tools skillset- LSDYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer, D3PLOT
  • · Working knowledge of Teamcenter/3D Experience
  • · Excellent communications skills, ability to communicate at all levels
  • · PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc
