Solution/Technical Consultants and Senior Solution/Technical Consultants
with
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Varicent (formerly IBM ICM)
to join our dynamic team.

We specialize in
Sales Performance Management (SPM)
, empowering global enterprises to unlock growth through innovative compensation solutions. Our clients range from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies across the US, UK, and Canada.


Role Overview

As a Varicent Consultant, you'll lead full-cycle implementations — from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. You'll work across key Varicent modules, handle data imports, create reports, design workflows, and collaborate with both internal teams and international clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end Varicent solution implementations
  • Configure modules: Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow
  • Conduct testing (unit, QA, UAT)
  • Support production deployment and issue resolution
  • Prepare technical documentation
  • Communicate with global clients


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of Varicent/IBM ICM implementation experience
  • Strong SQL & ETL/data transformation skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage tasks independently in fast-paced settings
