We’re Hiring | Generative AI Lead / Principal EngineerAre you passionate about building cutting-edgeGenerative AI and LLM solutionsthat shape the future of intelligent automation?We’re looking for an experiencedAI leaderto drive innovation, architecture, and deployment of large-scale AI systems.Role:Generative AI Lead / Principal EngineerExperience:10–12 yearsEmployment Type:Full-Time (FTE)Location:RemoteNotice Period:Immediate / up to 20 daysKey ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership:Define the AI vision, technical direction, and best practices for the Generative AI team.AI Strategy & Roadmap:Identify and execute high-impact use cases for AI-driven transformation.Model Development:Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs).Multimodal AI:Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated workflows.Scalable Systems:Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ML training workflows.Cloud & MLOps:Train, deploy, and scale models using AWS and modern MLOps tools.Collaboration:Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams.Mentorship:Coach and upskill ML/AI engineers on design, architecture, and best practices.Research:Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in Generative AI and multimodal learning.QualificationsBachelor’s in CS/ML/AI or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).5+ years’ experience in ML/Data Science, with a focus onGenerative AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision.Expertise inTransformer-based models(GPT, VLMs, etc.).Experience withmultimodal datasets(text, image, 3D).Strong coding skills inPython, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas.Deep understanding ofprobability, statistics, and optimization.Hands-on withAWS, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills.If you’re ready to lead innovation in Generative AI and drive next-gen solutions — we’d love to connectDM me or share your profile at:✉️#GenerativeAI #AIJobs #LLM #DeepLearning #MachineLearning #Hiring #RemoteJobs #AILeadership #TechCareers#
