ABOUT THE ROLE
This role caters to the
Syndicated Research & Insights Consulting Solutions verticals
Any experience with brand tracks, panels will be a plus.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Owing operations of market research projects' end-to-end management which require:
o Support designing and execution of research projects as per the end business goal.
o Leading creation of processes, mechanisms, and plans for a systematic running of projects
o Quality control systems in place to achieve high quality fieldwork.
o Liaise with external partners (field agencies, recruiters, moderators) to get the study done in a timely and cost-effective manner.
o Championing high quality standards at all stages
o Regular Interaction with clients regarding projects' management and logistics
Data analysis and visualization to cross-pollinate data to convert them into actionable insights and potential actions for the client.
Preparing and Delivering report to client focusing on insights and actions
PROFILE & REQUIRED SKILLS
Expertise in on ground operational work in the space of market research
Strong knowledge of MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint) tools.
Strong project management skills.
Strong communication skills (oral & written)
Hunger to learn and develop as a Research & Insights professional.
Passion and appreciation for consumer needs and behaviors
Proactive Attitude, Independent Approach; a self-starter and Creative Thinker
High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability
Good business sense
Agile way of working
