Kinaxis Consultant

Job Title:- Kinaxis Consultant Experience:- 6+ Years Location:- LTIMindtree Pan India office Qualifications and Skills required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. - 4+ years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on work in Kinaxis Rapid Response. - Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization. - Demonstrated experience with BRD creation, test planning, and UAT leadership. Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. Technical Skills: Kinaxis Rapid Response Expertise - Deep functional and technical understanding of Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). - Advanced scripting experience using Kinaxis-specific languages (e.G., RapidTables) for data manipulation and custom workflows. - Experience in integrating Kinaxis with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware. - Proficiency in building and maintaining data models in Kinaxis to ensure high-quality and consistent data flows. - Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards within Kinaxis, and optionally connect with BI platforms. - Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations Functional and technical Experience SCM Planning. - Documenting requirements and processes (e.G., Process flows) - Working collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Kinaxis Rapid Response Author certification or Contributor certification will be an added advantage.
