Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Trainee located in Kanpur. The Business Development Trainee will engage in day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, generating leads, and providing customer service. Responsibilities will also include developing analytical reports, supporting communication strategies, and fostering relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for market and data analysis
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Proficient in Customer Service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the plastic industry is a plus
