Embedded Firmware Engineer
to lead cutting-edge projects and mentor the next generation of talent.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Analyse requirements and craft detailed technical documentation
  • Architect embedded systems with a focus on performance and reliability
  • Develop robust firmware solutions tailored to client needs
  • Debug and resolve complex system-level issues
  • Collaborate directly with international clients (US/Europe)
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
  • Bring up new hardware and work on RTOS (Zephyr) and bare-metal systems
  • Contribute to innovation, optimization, and value engineering


What We're Looking For:

  • Expert in
    C programming
    , with deep debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with
    Linux kernel
    ,
    device drivers
    , and
    RTOS (Zephyr)
  • Familiarity with various
    processor/microcontroller architectures
  • Proficient with firmware dev tools and debugging environments
  • Strong in documentation, technical reviews, and collaboration across teams
  • Bonus: Experience working with
    international clients
    ,
    IoT systems
    , and
    advanced debugging


Education:
B.E./B. Tech in Electronics, ECE, CE, or related fields
