As a HCM Consultant you will : .

- Pre-config HCM application (Core HR, Absence, Payroll) with standard set-ups.

- Innovate and continuously improvise pre-configuration solutions and methods.

- Maintain and enhance pre-configured solutions to align with Fusion Releases by developing expertise on new features.

- Strong Solution Designing skills with solid understanding of integration impact on other modules and other applications.

Qualifications : .

- 5-15 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred.

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

- Broad product, technology or industry expertise.

- Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices.

- Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions.
