HR Generalist Job Description (Immediate Joiner)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to join our team at Cosmofeed. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth HR operations. This role is crucial in helping us maintain a high-performance culture as we continue to grow and support digital entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

○ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.

○ Conduct engaging orientation sessions and support new hires in their initial integration into the company.

Employee Relations:

○ Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

○ Resolve employee issues and conflicts effectively while promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Compliance and Administration:

○ Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

○ Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Benefits and Compensation:

○ Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

○ Address employee benefits inquiries and provide guidance on benefits enrollment and changes.

Performance Management:

○ Support performance review processes and assist in managing performance improvement plans.

○ Collaborate on employee development initiatives and career progression strategies.

Training and Development:

○ Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

○ Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Qualifications ✅

  1. Bachelor’s degree with good academic performance in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a top tier college.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar capacity.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  5. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  6. Can work on Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn, Notion, RazorpayX Payroll.
  7. Familiarity with digital platforms and tools is a plus.
