(*some of our roles are completely remote while some roles may require a remote first- hybrid workstyle, where you may be required to be in office once or twice a week – we are happy to clear this up on our initial call with you )How you will make a difference:Implementation of UK payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely take-onsLiaising as required with Safeguard Global Implementation Teams to ensure on time onbudget transitionsManaging the transition process from start to finish for clientsLiaising with software partners to support quality and accuracy of projects whererequiredIn partnership with the SGWI Global Implementation Team will Manage the clientsthrough the process, assisting with the following:Discovery processData GatheringParallel runsGo liveConfiguration of payroll system on a client by client basis.Develop processes and procedures for the business in accordance with customerand business requirements supporting continuous improvementHigh quality handover of a fully implemented payroll to the Operations teamAbility to exceed or achieve growth targetsIdentify and implement improvement opportunities where agreed.What will give you an advantage:Experience in UK Payroll or personnel services related environmentExposure to and understanding of the operation of HR / Payroll systems (e,g, SAP,Peoplesoft)Able to demonstrate a mature understanding and flexible approach to the salesand service delivery environments of the commercial operation on the businessUnderstanding of ISO / SOX complianceThe successful candidate must have a current driving license and be prepared totravelAbility to work effectively on a solo basis and also within a team environmentStrong client management/ relationship building skillsOrganised and methodical approach to workExperienced at managing multiple projectsAbility to communicate effectively and professionally at all levelsAptitude for analytical thinking in creating solutionsLanguage skills an added advantage.Who we are and what we do:
