Volunteer Internship: Youth Leadership Program at an NGO in Visakhapatnam

Ken Foundation is a non-profit organization working for "climate change, social entrepreneurship, and sustainability. We are looking for creative, enthusiastic, and passionate interns to join our team.

This internship provides valuable experience in the non-profit sector and an opportunity to learn for those who are planning for startups or future entrepreneurship. During the internship, interns will learn various skills such as social media branding, interpersonal skills, content research etc.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

General Administration:

• Assist in conducting needs assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for Non-profits
• Brainstorm & work on ideation to develop new sustainability tech solutions for Non-Profits
• Support in writing, editing and managing communications outputs including case studies, social media posts, presentations etc.
• Collaborate with the team on new ideas and other tasks in marketing and communications
• Provide support in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, and maintaining organized documentation

Social media Branding:

• Utilize your creativity to design engaging and impactful content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials
• Oversee and enhance the organization's social media presence, producing captivating content to boost visibility and interaction
• Research and propose innovative ideas to improve our online reach and engagement on social media platforms

Ideal candidate:

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3 months (unpaid)
• Schedule: Flexible hours, 5 days a week
• Work Environment: Hybrid model (office-based in Visakhapatnam)
