Job Overview


We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to join our team at Trending Youth Technologies PVT LTD. As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
  • Valid driving license
  • Good knowledge of local geographical areas
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Physical stamina for handling and transporting packages


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for product packaging and labeling
  • Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of products to customers
  • Manage delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues
  • Maintain delivery records and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery processes
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards during delivery operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
