ELB Learning is a one-stop shop for creating and delivering enhanced learning experiences. We provide a comprehensive suite of products and services designed to help organizations overcome their training challenges. Our product offerings include tools for building learning games, virtual reality training, eLearning courses, and video-based practice, as well as an L XP (Learning Experience Platform) and LMS (Learning Management System). In addition, we offer learning strategy services, custom learning development, and staff augmentation to meet diverse learning needs.
We are currently seeking a HubSpot Analyst for a remote working position in India.
The incumbent should possess a strong understanding of HubSpot's analytics capabilities and be able to use them to track and measure key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
Should be proficient in using HubSpot to create custom reports and dashboards. Use HubSpot to create custom reports and dashboards that accurately and clearly track the marketing and sales metrics including Funnel conversion rates, CAC, Marketing Attribution and ROI, and Customer LTV.
Measure conversion rates at every stage of the funnel: use HubSpot to track the conversion rates at every stage of the sales and marketing funnel, from website traffic to lead generation to sales. Use this information to help us identify where we are losing leads and customers so we can develop strategies to improve our conversion rates.
Work with Marketing to build and maintain a robust lead-scoring framework to identify and prioritize leads for sales follow-up.
Work with marketing to configure HubSpot to conduct and measure regular A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Use HubSpot to develop reports that measure the lead-to-appointment conversion rates by the lead source of BDRs and appointment-to-sales conversion rates of Sales Representatives.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in marketing performance.
Be proficient in the use of HubSpot’s Marketing Analytics abilities.
Be and stay up to date on HubSpot’s current feature developments related to the role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Engineering or IT degree considered with relevant work experience.- Strong understanding of marketing automation in the HubSpot platform- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing/revenue operations or a related field- Experience with data analysis and reporting- Strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.- Excellent written and spoken English communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to improve our Marketing ROI and customer LTV.- Experience in the SAAS industry
