In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain telephony systems that integrate seamlessly with various applications and services.Key Responsibilities Asterisk AGI Development: Build and maintain custom AGI scripts to enhance telephony functionalities, call routing, and system integrations.LAMP Stack Development: Utilize Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP to develop robust and scalable telephony applications.Cloud Integration: Design and implement telephony solutions leveraging cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) for seamless integration with contact center platforms.API Integration: Integrate telephony systems with other applications/services through well-defined APIs to optimize performance and functionality.System Maintenance: Conduct regular updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telephony systems to ensure reliability and uptime.Collaboration: Partner with software developers, system administrators, and support teams to achieve project goals and deliver quality solutions.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, APIs, and integrations to support future development.Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telephony Developer with proven expertise in Asterisk AGI and LAMP stack.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Asterisk, AGI scripting, and telephony protocols.Strong understanding of Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Familiarity with API development and integration.Soft Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry trends.Why Join Us?
