Experience of financial reporting under US GAAP/ UK GAAP/IFRS/ Luxemburg GAAP and various other GAAPs. Past working experience in accounting, financial reporting and regulatory reporting would be an added advantage Experience in preparation of financial statements/ financial reporting Basics of accounting knowledge (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement) especially for hedge funds and mutual funds Professionals with industry experience or experience in US GAAP/ UK GAAP/ Luxemburg GAAP, IFRS, accounting advisory would be preferred Possess strong domain knowledge, has strong financial reporting and accounting foundation skills Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting process Practical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills) Ability to work well in teams Have the ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours Willingness to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethics AM 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge The job would require travel to client locations within India and abroad
