Role & responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in Java is a must-have.
  • SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Agile certification
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in

the banking domain

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
  • Proven experience in project management, delivery tracking, and stakeholder

communication

  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
  • Experience leading SAFe Agile Release Train events (e.g., PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums)
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, resolve dependencies, and remove impediments
  • Experience supporting Product Owners with Feature and Epic prioritization and planning
  • Skilled in delivery tracking, milestone planning, and KPI definition
  • Capable of maintaining risk logs and preparing status reports for senior leadership
  • Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution

skills

Skills (Good to have):

  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
  • Hands-on experience managing distributed or remote teams

Role & Responsibility:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, PI

Planning, etc.)

  • Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices and help them continuously improve
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog is well-groomed and

prioritized

  • Track and report on team progress, risks, and impediments using Agile tools (e.g., JIRA,

Confluence)

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Remove impediments to team progress and foster a high-performing team environment
  • Manage scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business and client

expectations

  • Drive process improvements and promote Agile best practices across the organization
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and RTEs in a SAFe environment to manage

dependencies

Qualification:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
