Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
  • Analyze clients' existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for T24 implementation.
  • Develop and present comprehensive T24 solution proposals that address clients' needs and align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize T24 modules and interfaces to meet clients' specific requirements.
  • Lead T24 implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Provide training and support to clients' staff on T24 functionality, configuration, and usage.
  • Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase T24 capabilities and benefits to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on T24 product enhancements, new features, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of marketing collateral and sales pitches.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on T24, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients as needed.
