- Design and implement data models and algorithms with SQL, BigQuery, Python, and other analytical tools, taking a hands-on approach to complex data analysis and visualization tasks.

- Develop and oversee integrations between sales data and CRM platforms, enhancing the analytical capabilities of our Sales team.

- Utilize Google Connected Sheets for advanced big data integrations, promoting data collaboration and accessibility.

- Ensure the highest standards of data governance and integrity, maintaining data quality and compliance across all BI activities.

- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in BI, data analytics, and CRM integrations, continuously driving innovation within our data strategies.

What You'll Bring :

- A minimum of 9 years of experience in data science or business intelligence, with a significant portion dedicated to hands-on development of visualizations and data integrations.

- Expertise in BI tools (e.g Tableau, Redash), SQL, BigQuery, Python, and CRM systems, with a strong track record of developing and implementing analytics solutions.

- Demonstrated capability to work closely with Sales teams, leveraging data to drive sales strategy and performance.

- Strong leadership and technical skills, capable of leading projects while also diving deep into data analysis and visualization work.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, adept at managing complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into strategic business recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
