Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Superintendent to join our healthcare team. The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall healthcare operations of the facility, including managing medical staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high-quality patient care.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the overall healthcare operations of the facility, including managing medical staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
  • Manage the budget for healthcare services, including staffing, medical supplies, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical staff, patients, and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and requirements.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote the health and wellness of patients and the community.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including administrators, to improve the delivery of healthcare services.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on healthcare trends and regulations.

Requirements:

  • MBBS is a must and Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare management role, with a focus on hospital operations and patient care.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, staff, and resources effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff, administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Experience with electronic health record systems and other healthcare technologies.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
