Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Ecommerce Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy etc. Your expertise will help maximize our return on ad spend (ROAS) and contribute to the overall growth of our ecommerce presence.


Key Responsibilities :

1. Campaign Strategy & Management :

  • Develop, implement, and manage ecommerce advertising strategies across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy etc.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.


2. Ad Creation & Optimization :

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives that align with brand guidelines.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign ROAS and ROI.


3. Budget Management :

  • Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor daily and monthly budgets, adjusting bids and strategies as necessary to achieve goals.


4. Analytics & Reporting :

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and sales.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.


5. Market Trends & Innovation :

  • Stay updated on the latest ecommerce and digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and strategies to stay ahead in the competitive ecommerce landscape.


6. Collaboration & Communication :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing ecommerce advertising campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Flipkart, Myntra etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ads Management Tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
