Position: Sales Officer

Reports To: Area Sales Manager

Department: Sales General Trade

Location: Agartala (Tripura)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver sales targets in defined market/geography
  • Appoint and manage Channel Partners in defined market/geography
  • Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity
  • Visit markets/distributors as per PJP to strengthen market execution & trade relationships
  • Leveraging Sales Automation Tools to provide structured, logical, relevant & organized information to ISRs & utilizing for growth & productivity
  • Ensuring implementation and effective utilization of Dealer Management System (DMS) at channel partners.
  • Resolve channel-specific issues within specific timelines
  • Manage given infrastructure through regular meetings with distributors, retailers and off-roll sales representatives

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Any Graduate

Experience

  • Minimum 2-12 years of hardcore sales experience in FMCG/similar industry in GT business.
  • Should have handled a diverse team of Salesman/ISR across different locations.
