Position: Team Lead – Website Design and Development Work Location: Hyderabad
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
• Familiarity with back-end technologies like PHP and databases (MySQL).
• Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Joomla) is a plus.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
Design and UX Skills:
• Strong sense of web design aesthetics and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
Leadership and Project Management Skills:
• Proven experience in leading and managing web development teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Other Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in web development, project management, or related fields is an advantage.
