About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
Network & System Technician
to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, computer systems, and networks, ensuring smooth and secure daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) and IT systems.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage servers, user accounts, and system security settings.
  • Perform system backups, updates, and regular maintenance.
  • Ensure network and system security with firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
  • Provide technical support to employees and escalate issues when required.
  • Document IT configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and new technology implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in
    Computer Science, IT, or related field
    .
  • Proven experience in
    system administration and network support
    .
  • Knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers).
  • Operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Server environments).
  • IT security practices and troubleshooting tools..
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
