About the Role:
We are seeking a Generative AI Developer/Architect with strong expertise in building and deploying GenAI solutions with 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on AI/ML engineering skills with the ability to design scalable architectures, implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and optimize AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks.
- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using Azure Blob Storage and related services.
- Develop Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.
- Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures (RAG, AI search, Agentic AI).
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
- Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals (dict operations, multithreading, GIL).
- 4+ Years of experience.
- Multiple locations in India.
Good to Have:
- Experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge.
