Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve businesschallenges.• Build and optimize AI/ML models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, etc.• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to understandrequirements and design solutions.• Deploy machine learning models in production environments, ensuring scalabilityand performance.• Continuously improve model accuracy and performance through research andexperimentation.• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in AI/ML.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI systems.• Document processes, model development, and performance metrics.Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.• 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML development.• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, orKeras.• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, GANs).• Experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployments.• Experience in working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and featureengineering.• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with reinforcement learning and AI-driven decision systems.• Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark.• Prior experience in AI for a specific domain (healthcare, finance, etc.) is a plus.• Contributions to open-source AI projects
