Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Mohali district. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also track sales performance, set sales goals, and provide training to the sales team to ensure targets are met. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing market trends and providing feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and manage HP Business in the region.
Oversee daily operations of the HP Experience Center.
Develop and maintain customer & channel partner relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business growth.
Conduct customer demos, presentations, and events.
Collaborate with HP teams on promotions, training, and campaigns.
Manage and mentor the Experience Center team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience managing retail/experience centers is a plus.
