Job Description• Dynatrace Managed Administration and configuration• Configure and maintain dashboards, tagging, synthetic monitors, and business transactions • Define, tune, and optimize problem detection rules, thresholds, and event correlation to reduce noise and improve actionable alerts • Implement custom metrics, health checks, and ensure full application and infrastructure coverage • Perform One Agent upgrades and Cluster Node upgrades • Onboard One Agent for Open Shift & Kubernetes workloads based on monitoring requirements • Set up and manage Active Gates for custom plugins, extensions, and synthetic monitoring • Configure integrations with ticketing, notification, and automation tools; create scripts or API-based automation for configuration management.• Set up RUM (Real User Monitoring) for applications • Troubleshoot issues, perform log analysis, and drive resolution to closure
