This role combines AI integration and no-code implementation, perfect for technically-minded professionals who want to transition from pure development into client-facing work while implementing cutting-edge technology using our Cohesiv platform.Location: Surat, Gujarat office (Full-time, in-person required) Language Requirement: Proficient English communication (written and verbal) requiredWhat You'll DoFounder-Level Collaboration: Work shoulder to shoulder with one of our founders and Head of Implementation to tackle the most complex customer challenges and develop breakthrough solutionsCustomer-Driven Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer successNew Technology Implementation: Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processesNo-Code Solution Building: Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using Cohesiv's visual development environment to solve complex business challengesInnovation & Experimentation: Collaborate on implementing and testing new software capabilities that push the boundaries of what's possible for our customersPlatform Mastery & Enhancement: Become an expert in the Cohesiv platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needsTechnical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot implementation challenges in real-time, working with both clients and internal teams to deliver seamless solutionsBusiness Process Optimization: Identify automation opportunities within client workflows and implement them using our no-code tools and AI capabilitiesClient Success Management: Manage a portfolio of 8-15 clients through their entire journey from onboarding to optimizationRapid Prototyping: Quickly build and demonstrate proof-of-concepts using Cohesiv's no-code environment to validate client requirementsFeedback Integration: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing insights to our product team about platform enhancements and new feature needsTechnical RequirementsEssential SkillsNo-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow buildersTechnical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred)Cohesiv AI Platform: Willingness and ability to quickly master our new proprietary Cohesiv AI platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions (comprehensive training provided)AI Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processesSystem Integration: Experience connecting different software systems and data sourcesEnglish Communication: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English for client communicationStrong Understanding OfBusiness Process Analysis: Ability to analyze and optimize complex business workflowsAPI Integration: Working knowledge of how different software systems communicateAutomation Logic: Understanding of conditional logic, triggers, and workflow automationData Management: Basic understanding of data flow, storage, and transformationClient Communication: Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical audiencesProject Management: Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneouslyAdditional QualificationsSoftware Development Background: Previous experience in any programming language (Python, Java Script,.
