Additional Comments: Key Responsibilities: • Analyze current business processes and documentation, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.• Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.• Develop and implement governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.• Collaborate to translate requirements and policies into implementation roadmaps• Provide support during the implementation of new systems and processes, including user training and change management.• Ensure the rigorous application of information security and information assurance policies, principles, and practices to business analysis activities. Qualifications: • 15+ years’ of experience in Business Analyst, with a focus on requirements gathering and governance. Experience in Asset Management preferred.• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.• Excellent organizational and project management skills.• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Experience with business analysis tools and software.• Knowledge of information security and compliance standards related to business analysis.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Experience with Scrum/Agile software development process preferred• 2+ years of experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, python a plus.
