n. Job Summary: The Salesforce Practice Head position calls for dynamic individuals who will be part of the technology leadership team. The candidate will be engaged with our esteemed clients for developing and maintaining relationships with the client's leadership group, continuously looking for opportunities in those accounts, conceptualizing and developing Industry SaaS solutions customized to the opportunities, help the Sales team by developing and driving consulting, delivery solutions and proposals and lead the delivery teams during the engagement for delivering value promised to our clients. The person should have good Salesforce CRM background with focus on revenue growth, pre-sales solutioning, and product developme

ties · Responsible for building SFDC practice grounds up handling P&L, growth, solutioning & pre-sales, and delivery function for SFDC suite of prod ucts · Will be responsible for developing Industry products/platforms grounds up using SaaS an d AI · Collaborate in creating AI/ GenAI accelerator for SFDC implementation that automates repetitive activities of software/ SaaS implementation lifecycle e.g. requirement gathering, user story creation, code generation, quality assurance, deploy ment · Create cognitive platforms jointly with the Industry team for plug-and-play Industry use-cases on CRM stack · Strong proficiency in setting up and delivering products/ platforms in an Agile IT operating model 2 Experience/Knowledge Requ ired Technical sk ills · 10-15 years of experience in developing, architecting and implementing CRM based technolo gies · Experienced in architecting, delivering and supporting Salesforce based systems: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Data C loud · Experience in Manufacturing and/or Retail & CPG domain is des ired · Experience in pre-sales and solutioning for system integrations at application, and data levels is a must. Implementation experience of AI tools and technologies in CRM stack · Modern engineering practices, agile practices, automation and deployment pipel ines · Experience handling products on different solution models (SaaS, PaaS, managed service e tc.) · Experience in building and operating a technology organisation at scale across SFDC s uite · Experience of the developing and executing strategy and governance across a number of fields including Product Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, Change Management, and delivering the agreed strategy to compl etion · Experience of demonstrating deep and broad knowledge of emerging technology to promote innovation across the organisation to deliver services and solve business pro blems · Proven track record of using industry standard processes and frameworks and promoting innovation across the organisation in the use of technology to solve business pro blems · Appropriate Salesforce Architecture certifica tion · Proven experience in leading the solution architecture for Salesforce projects Business and sector exper tise · Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy across corporate technology domains preferably in Manufacturing and/or Retail/CPG indu stry · Experience in working with business stakeholders, especially CRM, Service, CPQ capability a reas · High-level understanding/appreciation of processes that impact business opera tions · Experience of advising/communicating to ‘Global Head of’ levels’ of Manage ment · Experience of developing and influencing strategic working relationships with key technology suppliers Leadership and management exper ience · Strong leadership skills in managing individuals and leading high performing t eams · Experience of defining strategic goals for functions and systems for measuring goal attainment · Experience providing technology leadership in managing complex transformations areas · Finding opportunities to partner with external Technology organisations, developing the approach and negotiating terms · Experience of establishing Architecture in an Agile cu lture · Leadership and management experience at Director or equivalent level, managing global teams in a matrix environment Personal Skills and Capabili ties · Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical partners and to listen to identified concerns and adapt accordingly · Ability to influence across multiple functions (technical and non-techni cal) · Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadl ines · To quickly build up a working knowledge of applications by working with others and reading up on new apps/technol ogies · A continuous desire and willingness to learn and develop your current knowledge and skil lset · Flexible in approach, adapting plans and strategies to help manage risks around ambig uity · Problem solver with a strong intuition for business and well-versed in current technological trends and business conc epts · Prior experience in startup and product organization is an added advan
