Frontend Lead
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 9+ Years
We are looking for a Frontend Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the development of scalable, modern, and responsive applications.
️ Mandatory Skills
- ⚛️ React.js (5+ years)
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3
- Strong Coding Skills & Problem-Solving
- Team Lead Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Exposure to Tier-1 Companies
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
- Build Hybrid Applications with Responsive Design
- Create Reusable Components / Libraries for frontend projects
- ️ Work with Microservices Architecture (3+ years)
- Implement Micro Apps Architecture using Module Federation
- Handle real-time updates with Socket.IO and SignalR
- Implement Localization / Globalization (Translations)
- Containerize apps using Docker
- Setup & maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Workflows
- Apply SOLID principles, Data Structures, Exception Handling, Design Patterns
- ♂️ Work in Agile Scrum Teams for delivery excellence

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for building scalable front-end solutions
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
