Role Overview: An Operations Executive at Ashiraj Overseas is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the consultancy, ensuring smooth client onboarding, visa application processing, documentation management, and communication with clients and relevant authorities, while adhering to all immigration regulations and maintaining high service standards throughout the overseas study process. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: - Conduct initial consultations with prospective students to understand their study goals and eligibility for overseas programs. - Guide clients through the application process, including selecting suitable universities, preparing application documents, and managing deadlines. - Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing queries and concerns throughout the application and visa process. Visa Application Processing: - Thoroughly review client documents to ensure compliance with visa requirements of the destination country. - Prepare accurate and comprehensive visa applications, including necessary supporting documents. - Coordinate with relevant embassies or consulates for visa submissions and follow-up. Documentation Management: - Maintain detailed client records, including academic transcripts, test scores, financial statements, and visa application details. - Ensure accurate and timely submission of all necessary documents to universities and immigration authorities. Compliance and Regulations: - Stay updated on relevant immigration laws and regulations of target countries. - Adhere to strict compliance standards regarding data privacy and client information. Operational Efficiency: - Streamline processes and optimize workflows within the operations team to ensure timely completion of tasks. Collaboration: - Coordinate with internal departments such as finance and marketing to ensure a seamless client experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience in the overseas education consultancy industry, particularly with visa processing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients. - Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client applications simultaneously. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive documentation. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in relevant software applications for data management and communication.
