Cyber Regulatory Compliance
team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas industry and a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & CertificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, MBA is a plus3+ years of experienceExperience working in payments domain covering tokenization, data localization, payment and settlement systems, SWIFT etc.Experience in compliance program, regulatory audits like RBI, SEBI, IRDAI etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding and knowledge of industry standards and industry frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST)
Location and way of workingThe role requires regular on-site presence in
Mumbai .
Your role as a leader At Deloitte IndiaBusiness Analysis:Implement, transform and support compliance programs across regulatory circulars, master directions from RBI, SEBI, IRDAI etc.Understand regulatory requirements, prepare evidence requirements, develop assessment approach and perform reporting/documentationAdvise clients on governance, risk and compliance for areas like tokenization, data localization, payment and settlement systems, SWIFT etc.Design risk and compliance models, process flow diagrams etc.Effectively articulate technology compliance requirements and perform compliance assessmentsParticipate and lead aspects of the proposal developmentManage day-to-day interactions with clients and internal teams
