Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing end-to-end production support on monitoring tool Zabbix & SCOM, Log collection tool ELK across organization. The responsibility includes configuring, monitoring, defining and maintaining the implementation of performance data collection in an enterprise environment. The role will also be responsible for the creation of required templates and migration of servers & other infrastructure assets from other tools to MOS own tools.
This includes managing MOS team members, working with business representatives, technicians, and other department stakeholders to design, configure, and integrate with appropriate Infrastructure to support the business needs.
This role will be a part of organization’s Operation Tooling team. He is required to provide expert level support on the end-to-end monitoring for the organization’s infrastructure assets. One of his duties will be to provide training to the existing team on monitoring & best practices.
Profile required
Experience Req: 12+ Years
Managing the stakeholder meetings with appropriate analysis on the trend
Sound knowledge on Monitoring & Log collection architecture.
Experience in creation/alteration of templates.
Able to analyze and repair the Zabbix crash (Server/Proxy & Agents)
Experience in installing Zabbix in various kind of infrastructure will be a plus.
