Online Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce website, including content updates, product listings, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to boost online revenue and customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns—SEO, PPC, email, and social media—to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze website and sales data to uncover market trends and optimize conversion rates.
  • Manage inventory, coordinate fulfillment, and deliver an outstanding online shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and drive follow-ups to close online sales.

Qualifications

  • Degree /Diploma in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Has to be good in english.
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce operations and digital sales.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or wordpress
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, digital marketing tools, and e-commerce best practices.

Knowledge of online sales strategies and digital customer journey optimization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
