Type: Contract Location: Hyderabad OR Bangalore OR Pune (3 Days WFO) Rate: INR 2.2 L per Month We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Architect / QA Lead to drive test strategy, design, and execution across SAP projects in the Medical, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing domains. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead end-to-end SAP test strategy , covering unit, integration, UAT, and performance testing (CSV experience required for Life Sciences). Create and review test plans, cases, and scripts , ensuring full traceability to business requirements. Oversee test execution , defect management, reporting, and UAT coordination. Collaborate with business, project managers, and functional teams to align testing with project objectives. Drive innovation using modern SAP testing tools and automation solutions. Ensure strong documentation for test strategy, plans, execution, and defects. Provide expert guidance on SAP testing frameworks, tools, and integration testing. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP test automation tools (Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, SolMan). Knowledge of performance/load testing (LoadRunner, JMeter). Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration methodologies (PI/PO, CPI, 3rd-party integrations). Qualifications: 10+ years in SAP testing, including 5+ years as a Test Architect/Lead. Experience in large SAP programs (S/4HANA preferred). Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills. SAP testing/QA certifications are a plus.
