Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our team at Visa Answer Overseas Education Consultants. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our software solutions. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.4 to 6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web or mobile applications.Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.Experience with front-end development frameworks, such as React or Angular.Knowledge of database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQL.Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.Ability to work in an Agile development environment, following Scrum or Kanban methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into scalable and robust software solutions.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.Perform unit testing and debugging of software applications to ensure quality and reliability.Work closely with stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and other developers, to deliver software solutions on time and within budget.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve your technical skills.Contribute to the documentation of software design, architecture, and technical specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
