Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role


The Client Reporting Level 3 team is part of the Data Service Organization at Morgan Stanley. The team manages and supports several Data applications and infrastructure at Morgan Stanley. These include proprietary systems like Report Explorer, Report Generation System, Report Delivery System, Piper, Enterprise Reporting Framework and AdobeServer products used by our external clients. Most of the applications are primarily host applications that run on Linux and Windows servers.

The successful candidate will be involved in day to day handling of incidents, escalations, problem and change management. This includes application server administration, technical troubleshooting of infrastructure and user incidents, server and application deployments and task automation.

The role requires availability for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis.
