  1. Experience in construction and maintenance of Industrial buildings, Knowledge of civil ISI code, mode of measurements, and enable to work according to the civil architectural and structural drawings and co-relation with MEP drawing, Knowledge of Pharma finished like epoxy work, PU painting, modular paneling, and interior work and basic knowledge of structural design. Knowledge of Industrial Safety Norm, Planning and monitoring of daily jobs. Knowledge of statutory guidelines and awareness of Bhoomi Vikas Nigam Adhiniyam, building permission etc.
  2. Knowledge of AUTO-CAD and Micro-soft office, MS PROJECT, SAP
  3. Knowledge of pharmaceutical building requirement, Exposure in audit preparing with respect to the plant building facility, experience in Pharma / API/ chemical plant would be preferred
  4. Preparation of BOQ and records of drawing. Preparing of rate analysis and cost estimation.
  5. Good Communication skill.
  6. Pharma exposure.
