We’re now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team and lead impactful design work across multiple verticals.Role OverviewThe Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for driving the creative direction of projects, ensuring high-quality design output, and mentoring junior designers. This role requires someone who combines strong design thinking with hands-on execution, while also being able to collaborate closely with strategy, content, and marketing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design projects across branding, digital campaigns, and marketing communications.Translate brand strategies into compelling visual identities and creative assets.Develop guidelines and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.Design presentations, social media creatives, website layouts, and campaign collateral.Collaborate with the strategy, performance marketing, and content teams to ensure designs align with campaign objectives.Stay updated with design trends, tools, and cultural movements to bring fresh ideas to the table.Handle fast-paced projects with attention to detail and deadlines.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of professional design experience (agency or brand-side).Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, and digital work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma.Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a strong plus.Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into visual storytelling.Strong communication and presentation skills.What We OfferOpportunity to work on high-impact projects with both Indian and global clients.A creative culture where experimentation and bold thinking are encouraged.Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling company.Collaborative, youthful, and driven team environment.
