Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Accountant with sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and journal entries
  • Provide support to the finance team in audits and other accounting functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally/QuickBooks/ERP, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Freshers with strong academic knowledge in accounting may also apply
