  • We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, greet visitors, manage calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support to staff (e.g., data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning).
  • Assist with office supplies and inventory management.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information both in person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and efficiency.

Work Environment:
