Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support to staff (e.g., data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning).
- Assist with office supplies and inventory management.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information both in person and via phone/email.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).
