We’ve been growing for four years and are now looking for a Lead QA Engineer to help us scale further. Our team works 100% remotely and asynchronously, following modern software development practices. If you’re passionate about quality, automation, and building scalable QA processes, this is your opportunity to make a major impact on a product loved by thousands of players. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing Establish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/Node JS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes)Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting Mentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA function What We’re Looking For ~ MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience ~5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role ~ Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, Browser Stack ~ Strong programming skills in Python and Type Script ~ Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/Node JS)~ Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)~ Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing ~ Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally ~ Experience working in startups and remote teams ~ Self-driven, organized, and proactive Bonus Points For Infrastructure testing experience (Kubernetes, Docker)Mobile automation testing expertise Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools Load and stress testing experience Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with test management tools Understanding of security testing practices Database knowledge (Postgre SQL, Mongo DB)Cloud platform experience Why You’ll Love Working With Us ~# ; Fully remote: Work from anywhere ~⏱ Asynchronous culture: Minimal meetings, maximum focus time ~# ; Flexible schedule: Own your calendar ~# ; Competitive salary: Based on experience ~# ; Growth opportunities: Help shape QA from the ground up ~# ; Impact: Work on a platform with 150,000+ users ~# ; Collaborative team: Supportive, motivated colleagues Perfect for: ✅ Experienced QA engineers ready for a leadership role ✅ Technical leaders passionate about automation & process improvement ✅ Remote work enthusiasts who thrive in startup environments
